Nostalchic use Royal Mail Parcel Force for small orders where delivery charges are under £40. In stock items should be received within 1-3 days of your email confirmation. For deliveries where charges are over £40 in stock items will be collected from Nostalchic on a Monday by a dedicated two man carrier and then delivered within 7 days. The dedicated carrier company will contact you directly using the telephone number you provide with your order to organise a suitable time for delivery. In the case of smaller deliveries being sent by Parcelforce you will be forwarded a tracking number by Nostalchic to allow you to track your parcel.
If your purchase does not arrive please email me. Please be aware that delays can occur, and Royal Mail will not investigate an item until at least 10 days have elapsed since dispatch. Where an item is purchased but the item is showing an extended delivery date due to temporarily out of stock, you order will be consolidated and you will be contacted with an estimated date for delivery for the full consignment.
On delivery you will be asked to sign a delivery note to say that the goods have been received in good order and that all ordered goods have been delivered. If there is not sufficient time to check goods for damages we ask that customers inform us by email within 24 hours of damages so that a replacement can be sent out or a refund can be given. Please do not accept goods where packaging shows signs of damage unless you have checked the contents or signed as packaging damaged as refunds are not able to be given for goods damaged during transit when the customer has signed as parcel received in good order.
Customers are entitled to a full refund less postage costs (but not later than 7 working days after the day after you receive the goods) by sending a written notice of cancellation to us (or as otherwise provided by law). In such event the customer is liable to pay for the cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned to Nostalchic in the condition they were delivered in before a full refund is issued.

Goods will only be brought to the threshold of any property. It is the customers responsibility to arrange for the goods to be arranged within the property and is not the responsibility of 3rd party couriers.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all ordered goods fit into the home and that there is no restricted access. Nostalchic cannot accept refunds for goods that cannot fit into the home or cannot be delivered due to access, unsuitability or any fault of the customer.
Subject to the other provisions of these conditions Nostalchic shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss (all three of which terms include, without limitation, pure economic loss, loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and similar loss), costs, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery, nor shall any delay entitle the customer to terminate or rescind the contract, unless such delay exceeds 180 days.
If for any reason the customer fails to accept delivery of any of the goods when they are delivered or Nostalchic is unable to deliver the goods on time (because the customer has not provided appropriate access, instructions, documents, licences or authorisations) risk in the goods shall pass to the customer (including for loss or damage caused by Nostalchic’s negligence); the goods shall be deemed to have been delivered; and Nostalchic may, but need not, store the goods until delivery, and if it does provide such storage, the customer shall be liable for all related costs and expenses (including, without limitation, storage and insurance) at a cost of £20 per fortnight.
